Set Goals. Imagine where you want to be or how you want to look or feel and then write them down.
Schedule when you can exercise. Is it in the morning? The evening after work? Perhaps in the middle of the day? Decide when it is convenient for you. The more realistic your plan, the more likely you are to stick to it.
Invest in workout shoes and clothing. Remember, you're investing in your long term health and that is something that you can't put a value on.
Find a friend who also has fitness goals. You can both motivate each other as well as hold each other accountable.
Start Slowly. Depending on your fitness level, you may want to start your fitness program realistically. Ease yourself into it. Going to hard and hurting yourself will set you back and may even discourage you.
Don't worry. You can do it and you will reach your goals.
